VMware Remote Console Unexplained Error

estaba por instalar el bien ponderado centos 5 en VMware y me tiro el error

Error opening the remote virtual machine centos:8333\16
An unexplained error occurred

despues de ver muchas soluciones misticas esta es la que me funciono a mi:

Have you recently disconnected your network connection or disabled your network adapters in Windows and noticed you get a error when trying to run Remote Console in VMware Infrastructure Web Access? The remote console appears to work but only when the internet connection is active or connected to the internet. The way around this is by applying a static DNS entry to the host operating system.

Error opening the remote virtual machine machinename:8333\16: An unexplained error occurred.

Solution:
Goto network connections , then select vmnet1 >properties >internet protocol (tcp/ip) properties > then copyed the static ip address into the preferred DNS server >click ok > click ok

Or from the command prompt: netsh interface ip set dns “vmnet1″ static xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
