XMLA Discover unparse results error fault actor in mondrian jpivot

hi , well recently i have this problem with jpivot+openreports 3.1:
"XMLA Discover unparse results error fault actor"

in my case i have centos 5 with jdk 6u10 +tomcat 5.5 the solution for me was erase Xalan.jar of the $CATALINA_HOME/webapps/openreports/WEB-INF/lib(i have all my jars there) and it work just like that..
